What we collect
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, you voluntarily provide your name, company, email address, an indication of what you're here about, and the message you choose to send. We don't ask for anything else.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. GA4 records things like the pages you visit, how long you spend on each one, the type of device you're on, your approximate location (city level, not street address), and the referring source that brought you here. IP addresses are anonymized before GA4 processes them. Cookies are used to recognize repeat visits and distinguish unique visitors.
What we don't collect
No payment information. No login credentials. No sensitive personal data. This site doesn't ask for and doesn't store any of it.
How we use your information
Information you submit through the contact form is used to respond to your message and, if a working relationship begins, to carry that conversation forward. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand what content resonates and to improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who has access
The TechSparq team responsible for managing this site. If a message is forwarded to a third party (for example, an introduction to a partner or an event organizer) we'll identify that third party and ask for your consent first.

This site relies on a small set of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics for traffic measurement
- Google Fonts for typography delivery
- The hosting provider (for example, Netlify or a comparable static host) for serving the pages
- The email infrastructure used to deliver your message to our inbox
Your rights
If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. We'll respond to those requests within 30 days. Send them to the address below.
Cookies
This site uses the minimum set of cookies needed to run. Analytics cookies are set by Google on page load. If you prefer not to be tracked, use your browser's privacy settings, Do Not Track, or a privacy extension. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is active plus a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics data is retained per the default GA4 retention window. We do not keep personal information longer than we need it.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site evolves, the law evolves, or the services behind it change. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
